On my current team I work as an internal consult focused on special projects throught the bank primarily related to problem management, process improvements, and reporting. <br><br>I have been at Discover since graduating from the Kelley School of Business in 2019. At Discover, I spent the first two years of my career as an Internal Strategy Consultant in the Consumer Banking Leadership Development Program. I then moved into Pricing for our Home Loans Department where i led planning and implementation of all of our pricing changes.
